So here is some of our crop of collard greens. There are still plenty more out in the garden. This is a wonderful food to grow because it seems to withstand the frost heartily. These cooked up beautifully, and with a little bacon and maple syrup (real maple syrup) boiled in they were a pleasure to eat.

Collard greens
So here is some of our crop of collard greens. There are still plenty more out in the garden. This is a wonderful food to grow because it seems to withstand the frost heartily.
